Job summary

Mercy seeks a Registered Nurse to manage and deliver high-quality home nursing services, adhering to company standards and patient care plans. The role requires active state RN licensure and at least two years of Medical/Surgical experience, with a preference for Home Health background.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to home health best practices. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Two years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• BSN preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred.

Job Description

• Responsible for the case management and provision of quality home nursing services to patients within the agencys philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.

Position Details

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Licensure: Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
• Experience: Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.

Certifications

• Other: Valud driver's license and required auto liability insurance.
