Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to manage cases and provide high-quality home nursing services in alignment with our philosophy, policies, and Community Health Nursing Practice standards.

The role requires RN licensure in the state, at least 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience, and a valid driver’s license with auto liability coverage. A BSN is preferred, and home health experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and required auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the case management and provision of quality home nursing services to patients within the agency's philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
