Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to manage case load and deliver high-quality home health services in compliance with our standards. You will operate within Mercy's patient‑centered model, coordinating care and promoting best practices in community health nursing.

Ideal candidates hold an Oklahoma RN license, have 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience, and may have a BSN. A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance are required to support patient visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in Oklahoma.
• Two years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and quality home nursing services per agency standards.
• Adhere to agency philosophy, policy and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
