Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to manage and deliver quality home nursing services to patients in alignment with the agency's philosophy and standards. You will coordinate care plans, ensure clinical quality, and collaborate with the care team.

The role requires an RN license in the state and two years of Medical/Surgical experience; Home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Two years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and home nursing services to patients in Mercy's philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
