Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee the nursing staff delivering home health and hospice services. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to implement processes that drive patient outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in Minnesota with active license.
Minimum 2 years RN experience, preferably in home care, plus at least 1 year supervisory experience.
Ability to travel within the office-serviced geographic area with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Supervise, support, motivate, and develop nursing department staff.
Recruitment support, interview and hire qualified staff.
Onboard, orient, and provide ongoing education with directors.
Manage staff performance, evaluations, and improvement plans.
Monitor time cards, attendance, and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
Ensure high-quality documentation and patient care delivery.
Provide clinical guidance to nursing team and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff.
