Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is hiring a Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing department in delivering high-quality home health and hospice care. You will supervise professional and paraprofessional staff, participate in recruitment and onboarding, and ensure ongoing education across the team.

Responsibilities include performance management, timekeeping, scheduling, and maintaining regulatory compliance to ensure excellent patient outcomes and customer service.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Minnesota (active, good standing).
• Minimum 2 years’ RN experience, 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel within service area; reliable transportation & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing and paraprofessional staff within the department.
• Assist with recruitment, including interviewing and hiring of qualified staff.
• Collaborate with Homecare Director of Nursing and Director of Education for onboarding and ongoing staff education.
• Manage staff performance evaluations and coaching as part of performance management.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and staffing levels to ensure patient care quality.
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to the nursing team and act as resource for the interdisciplinary care team.
