Corewell Health West Visiting Nurses Team seeks experienced nurses to provide home care services across West-Central Michigan. You will work in patients’ homes, delivering autonomous nursing care and applying critical thinking to plan and implement care.
A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available. The role covers a broad geography from Ludington to Gun Lake, with flexible days and a 36-hour work week (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., variable weekends).

Our Visiting Nurses Association is the Home Care Skilled Nursing Team for West‑Central areas of Michigan. We are accepting applications from experienced RNs, LPNs, and new graduates. For experienced RNs this is an autonomous position that allows you to use all of your top nursing skills and critical thinking. Working in home health enables you to treat patients in the comfort of their home, where they can thrive and own their health care. We create personalized assignments close to home that enable our nurses to visit between 5–7 patients per shift. From Ludington, Baldwin, and Nunica to south through Kent County, Ottawa County, and as far south as Gun Lake, our Corewell Health West Visiting Nurses Team goes the distance to provide outstanding patient care.
Under the direct supervision of the Nursing Manager and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the nurse uses clinical judgment to assess, monitor, detect, plan, and take appropriate action to prevent physiological complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment.
