Corewell Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their West-Central Michigan Home Care Skilled Nursing Team. This full-time position allows you to provide critical home health care, visiting 5-7 patients each shift. About the Unit

Our Visiting Nurses Association is West‑Central Michigan Home Care Skilled Nursing Team. We seek experienced RNs, LPNs, and new graduates. For experienced RNs this autonomous role uses top nursing skills and critical thinking.

Working in home health lets you treat patients in the comfort of their homes, enabling them to thrive.

Assignments are personalized close to home, allowing nurses to visit 5‑7 patients per shift.

Scope of Work

Under the direct supervision of the Nursing Manager and interdisciplinary team, the nurse uses clinical judgment to assess, monitor, detect, plan, and take appropriate action to prevent physiological complications.
