Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking an RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to work with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company in a dynamic environment supporting customers nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• This position is 100% remote with up to 75% travel.
• Serve as a team member or leader on various surveys (re-certification, complaint investigation, etc.) for long-term care and other healthcare facilities across the country.
• Conduct surveys to assess compliance with federal regulations, including preparation, on-site evaluations, record reviews, interviews, and reporting.
• Evaluate healthcare quality, patient rights, and facility conditions.
• Communicate findings, determine compliance, and participate in follow-up activities.
• Assist with training and participate in work groups as needed.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the SMQT.
• At least two years of recent surveyor experience in long-term care facilities.
• Current RN licensure.
• Strong decision-making and independent work skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
