Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greater Indiana North is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care under RN supervision on an inpatient medical-surgical unit. You will gather data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures on patients in an age-appropriate manner.

Applicants must hold a current LPN/LVN license in the state, have BLS certification, and obtain IV certification within 90 days if required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state.
• BLS certification (AHA approved within 90 days).
• Current IV Certification within 90 days if required.
• One year inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders and procedures.
• Deliver age- and population-appropriate care per PAM Health policies.
