PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in a full-time capacity. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and support discharge planning for post-hospitalization needs. ACLS certification is required within 90 days, and BLS is required on hire.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification is required. Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) delivers, directs and supervises care to patients admitted to the nursing unit.
• Plans, coordinates, and provides patient care including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources.
