Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise care for patients admitted to the nursing unit. The RN will plan, coordinate, and provide patient care, including discharge planning and patient/family teaching, with ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.

Qualifications include current RN licensure in the appropriate state, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including discharge planning and family teaching.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties; ACLS certification required for charge nurses.
