Job summary

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nursing team in St. Paul. The role supports residents across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a vibrant campus setting.

The RN will administer medications, develop care plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Evening shift and 60-hour pay period offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (Minnesota Board of Nursing).
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work in federally funded healthcare programs.
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health and adjust care plans.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for long-term resident needs.
• Supervise and support caregiving staff and ensure care strategies are followed.
• Advocate for residents and educate families, caregivers, and residents on care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare providers to coordinate services.
• Monitor and document resident conditions; report changes promptly to providers and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in EMR systems.
• Participate in infection control, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives.
• Foster a resident-centered environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
