Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is hiring an Registered Nurse (RN) at Exeter Center for 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am.

This full-time role offers opportunities for growth within a supportive long-term care environment and includes a competitive pay structure with a 25% premium in lieu of benefits. Under supervision, the RN delivers comprehensive nursing care, develops care plans, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license active in NH state
• ADN or BSN degree from an accredited program
• BLS/CPR certification current
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
• English proficiency for documentation and communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care under supervision
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Mentor CNAs and supervise LPNs as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in PCC
