Genesis is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 3pm-11pm shift in a long-term care setting. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes mentorship, leadership, and continuous improvement of clinical practices within the unit, including documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Delaware.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and assessment for patients.
• Develop care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and supervise LPNs and CNAs as applicable.
• Maintain real-time clinical documentation in PCC.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety guidelines.
