Job summary

Genesis is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles in a US-based long-term care setting. The position involves direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with doctors, families, and the care team to improve patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
