Job summary

Genesis is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs for full-time positions. Shifts run 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Join a collaborative, inclusive team in a long-term care setting focused on high-quality care and exceptional service for patients and residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions when needed to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
