Job summary
Genesis is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver compassionate nursing care in our long-term care setting. Under supervision, you’ll perform clinical assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and CNAs to achieve positive outcomes. You’ll document thoroughly in PCC and support safe, timely discharges.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Active RN license in the State.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.
- English literacy for clinical documentation and communication.
- Pass health screenings including TST verification as required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient, high‑quality nursing care under supervision.
- Manage patient care with assessments, diagnoses, and care plans.
- Collaborate with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Mentor peers and support onboarding of new staff.
- Maintain real-time documentation using PCC EHR and ensure safe discharge planning.
