Job summary

UVA Community Health is hiring a Registered Nurse Floater for ICU/ED coverage across UVACH facilities. The role requires RN licensure and 2 years of critical care or emergency department experience.

This is a full-time, day or night position with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. The UVACH Float Pool provides care across CCU, inpatient, and women's services teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Minimum 2 years in ICU or ED required.
• BSN preferred; must maintain active state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous quality patient care across facilities in the UVACH Float Pool.
• Float to multiple units during shifts to meet patient care needs.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement the plan of care and ensure safety.
