Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA is hiring registered nurses for our Central Float Pool. We offer full-time night shifts 7P-7A with weekend rotation and part-time night shifts with weekend rotation.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants, plus differential pay and extensive education support. The float pool moves nurses to IMCU or Medical/Surgical units and provides ICU/ED training and precepting.

Qualifications

• Education Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required).
• BSN or MSN (Preferred).
• Two years acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to diverse patients.
• Perform thorough assessments and design individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and educate patients and families.
