UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper seeks a Registered Nurse for the UVACH Float Pool to deliver continuous patient care across three facilities: Haymarket Medical Center, Prince William Medical Center, and Culpeper Medical Center.

The Float RN teams support varied units, requiring adaptability, strong nursing skills, and a commitment to patient advocacy. NR licensure in a compact state is required; BSN is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the UVA Health system.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 2 years of ICU or ED experience.
• RN licensure in a compact state is required.
• BSN preferred but not mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Provide continuous quality patient care across multiple units within the UVACH Float Pool.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to educate patients and families.
• Administer and evaluate medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient status.
• Communicate plans of care clearly using SBARQ and handoffs.
