Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Network Float Pool across multiple Phoenix campuses. The role requires a strong med-surg/acute care background, hands-on patient care, IV therapy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

You will provide direct nursing services, develop care plans, and mentor staff while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care. Flex scheduling and PRN opportunities support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 10+ months med-surg or acute specialty experience.
• 1 year RN experience required for float positions.
• BLS certification and RN licensure in Arizona upon hire.
• National certification for unit-specific patient population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage IV therapy per orders.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students as assigned.
