Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Network Float Pool role across multiple Phoenix campuses. The position requires 2+ years of OR nursing experience, with day shifts, and flexible/open scheduling in a floating capacity.

The RN will follow ANA standards, manage patient care, administer medications, and educate patients and families while supporting quality outcomes across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher; BSN preferred.
• RN licensure in the state of Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to patient needs using ANA standards.
• Maintain accurate patient history and record observations.
• Administer medications and therapies per protocol and policy.
• Develop and revise care plans with a family-centered approach.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, home care, and safety.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
