HonorHealth is seeking an RN for the Network Float Pool at night across multiple Phoenix-area locations. The role requires at least 2 years in ICU, with the ability to adapt to float-pool responsibilities across several hospitals.

You will follow ANA standards, administer medications, manage IV lines, and contribute to care plans while educating patients and families. The department emphasizes teamwork and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years ICU experience required.
• BSN preferred; must complete BSN within 60 months of hire or have 10+ years RN experience.
• AZ RN licensure required; various stroke/ICU related certifications may be required.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications and monitors patient status with attention to IVs and dosing accuracy.
• Develops and updates patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.
• Provides patient and family education on post-therapy care and discharge planning.
• Precepts and supports float staff to maintain high-quality nursing care.
