Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an RN Clinical Float Pool nurse for the Jefferson Avenue Medical Office Building. The role involves floating to multiple departments and markets within the Mercy Health system to provide patient care as needed, following established standards and under supervision of a clinical manager.

Candidates should have an Associate’s degree in Nursing, a current RN license in the employment state, BLS, and one year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• ACLS and PALS are required based on specialty assignment.

Responsibilities

• Float Pool RN crosses departments and sites to provide patient care.
• Participates as part of the health care team under a clinical manager or designee.
• Adheres to established patient care standards and documentation requirements.
