Mercy Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the 740N0L Clinical Market Float Pool at Jefferson Avenue Medical Office Building. The RN will float to various departments and sites as needed, performing patient assessments, care planning, and coordination under supervision.

Flex shifts may include day coverage and travel within markets. The ideal candidate has 1 year of acute care RN experience, an active RN license, BLS, and is proficient in EPIC.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• 1 year of experience as an RN in acute care is required.
• Current nursing license in designated state of employment is required.

Responsabilités

• Float to multiple departments/sites as needed within the market.
• Provide direct patient care following established standards.
• Coordinate with clinical managers and team to ensure quality patient care.
