Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool at West Hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across multiple departments and sites, supporting flexibility and staffing needs within the market.

The role requires an acute care RN with 1 year of experience, an active nursing license in the designated state, and BLS. BSN is preferred; EPIC EHR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current nursing license in the state of employment is required.
• ACLS/PALS/BL S depending on specialty may be required.

Responsibilities

• Float to various departments and sites within the market as needed.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate and document care using evidence-based practice.
