Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a per-diem RN Clinical Float Pool nurse to provide flexible patient care across markets and sites within the organization. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical managers and adherence to care standards.

The position requires a current RN license in the designated state, BLS, and depending on specialty, ACLS/PALS certifications. Excellent nursing skills and flexibility to float across sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the designated state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS and PALS (AHA) required based on specialty assignment.
• 1 year RN acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Float within a single site based on competency.
• Float across multiple sites within a market based on competency.
• Float across multiple sites across more than one market based on competency.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.
• Care planning, interventions, evaluation and documentation per standards.
• Coordinate patient care delivery with the healthcare team.
