Job summary

High Point Medical Center in High Point, NC seeks an experienced RN to join the Nursing Float Pool, delivering patient-centered care across acute and intermediate units. The float team supports staffing and maintains high standards of care within a 351-bed hospital.

Be a pivotal part of our care continuum—using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to ensure safety and the best patient experience. 3 12-hour night shifts weekly from 7pm to 7:30am.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• RN license issued by the state of North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Two years RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care and uphold hospital standards and policies.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
