Qualifications

• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based care using nursing process.
• Monitors patients, adjusts care plans, collaborates with the care team, and ensures safety.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and participates in education.
• Float to other units as needed and provide age-appropriate patient care.
