Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking an RN to float within Women and Infant, NICU and PEDs units. The role involves cross‑training and competency development to float to designated units, ensuring high‑quality patient care across shifts.

The position offers a 36‑hour work week with day and night schedules. Requires an RN license, Diploma/AS degree, BLS, and experience in the specialty area, with a sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 for external candidates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associates degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in specialty area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing process and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team to promote patient health.
• Provides physical and psychological support to patients, families and colleagues.
• Supervises assigned team members and ensures adherence to standards of care and nursing regulations.
