Job summary

Logan Health is seeking experienced nurses to join its Women’s and Children’s Float Pool. You will provide top‑quality care across OB, Pediatrics, NICU and PICU, ensuring patient safety and applying best practices while floating between high‑acuity units.

This role offers enhanced pay of $6.00 per hour above base wage, opportunities for open‑heart surgery, trauma care, preceptorship, and ongoing education. Montana RN license required; BSN preferred; three 12‑hour day shifts per week; commitment

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license to practice in Montana.
• Must be adaptable to various inpatient settings across OB, Peds, PICU, NICU.
• Five years nursing experience in OB, Peds, PICU and/or NICU; cross-training to three units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across OB, Peds, NICU and PICU units.
• React quickly to critical situations with advanced equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team on treatment plans.
