Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to join our Pediatric ICU Float pool to meet staffing needs across the Critical Care and Cardiovascular programs. You will care for newborn to adult ICU patients, delivering family-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.

Positions offer 24/30/36 or 40 hours with orientation at 36 hours. 50% Day/Night rotations and every third weekend flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric ICU RN experience with diverse diagnoses preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care to critically ill patients across all 4 ICUs (NICU, MICU, MICU/Transitional, Cardiac ICU).
• Deliver family-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with orientation to meet individual needs and opportunities for learning and career growth.
