Mercy South Float Pool is seeking an RN to provide high-quality patient care across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED and more. You will rotate through units, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years bedside RN experience, a state RN license, and a BLS certification. BSN preferred. Competitive pay, day-one benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bedside RN experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across Mercy South units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health.
• Provide patient-centered care following nursing process and Mercy standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
