FullShift Staffing invites you to join a Registered Nurse (RN) team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Whether you are a new grad or an experienced RN, you’ll find a supportive environment and meaningful patient care. Position: Registered Nurse (RN) with a 13-week contract (option to extend) or permanent placement.
Shifts: Days, Evenings, or Nights. Pay includes hourly rate plus housing and travel stipends for travelers.
Formación
- Active RN license in the state of employment; new grads welcome
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Current TB test/results
- Physical state fit for duty (within past year)
Responsabilidades
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per orders and facility policies
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and care team
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs; promote collaboration
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
- Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, treatments, and discharge planning
- Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality of care
