Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract or permanent placement in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Shifts include Days, Evenings, or Nights with competitive hourly pay and housing/travel stipends for travelers. You’ll support residents and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

New grad friendly and dedicated recruiter support throughout onboarding and assignment completion. Flexible options and meaningful patient care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within the past year).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians, families, and the care team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, promoting teamwork.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per regulations.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions, medications, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Help ensure highest standards of resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
