Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for meaningful work in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This 13-week contract (with option to extend) or permanent placement offers DAY, EVENING, or NIGHT shifts and an excellent hourly rate with housing and travel stipends for travelers.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test results.
• Ability to pass physical fitness for duty within the past year.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure quality care.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards.
