Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract (with option to extend) or permanent placement in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Positions available for Days, Evenings, or Nights; pay includes hourly rate plus housing and travel stipends for travelers.

New grads welcome, with strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities. A dedicated recruiter supports you from onboarding to contract completion.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in a collaborative team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulations.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, meds, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
