Job summary

FullShift Staffing invites you to join a Registered Nurse (RN) team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Whether you are a new grad or an experienced RN, you’ll find a supportive environment and meaningful patient care. Position: Registered Nurse (RN) with a 13-week contract (option to extend) or permanent placement.

Shifts: Days, Evenings, or Nights. Pay includes hourly rate plus housing and travel stipends for travelers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment; new grads welcome
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Current TB test/results
• Physical state fit for duty (within past year)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per orders and facility policies
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and care team
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs; promote collaboration
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, treatments, and discharge planning
• Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality of care

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
• Educate residents and families regarding health conditions, medications, treatments, and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Help ensure the highest standards of resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
