Comfortable working in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
Current TB test/results.
Current physical stating fit for duty (within the past year).
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting a collaborative team environment.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
Educate residents and families regarding health conditions, medications, treatments, and discharge planning as appropriate.
Help ensure the highest standards of resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
Weekly pay for contract assignments.
