Job summary

FullShift Staffing seeks an LPN for a 13-week contract in a skilled nursing facility. You’ll provide direct patient care under an RN, administer medications, and document care plans while joining a supportive team.

Open to new grads and experienced nurses, with guaranteed weekly hours and opportunities for extensions. Travelers welcome with housing and travel stipends; permanent placement options are also available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test/results.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor residents and document changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
