Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, is hiring LPNs for an on-site role in Lyons, NY. You will run medication passes and administer treatments with an RN on every shift to support resident care in a county skilled nursing facility.

You control your schedule as a W-2 per diem employee, earning $38.00 to $42.00 per hour with weekly pay and top rates for nights/weekends. Tuition assistance up to $1,500/year and ongoing CE support are provided through CLFC

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York LPN license.
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program and current BLS (CPR).
• One year of recent LPN experience.

Responsibilities

• Run medication passes and deliver treatments per orders.
• Observe, document and report changes in resident condition.
• Support and direct CNAs on the unit within NY scope of practice.
• Keep shift documentation current in the facility's system.
• Follow infection control, safety and sign-in practices.
