Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, is seeking experienced registered nurses for on-site shifts at a county skilled nursing facility in Lyons, NY. The role offers flexible, choice-driven scheduling with shifts you select and a competitive hourly rate.

Compensation ranges from $52.00 to $58.00 per hour, paid weekly, with up to $1,500 annual tuition assistance toward a BSN.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current BLS (CPR).
• One year of RN experience.
• Ability to pass NYS criminal history check, drug screen, and immunizations required.

Responsibilities

• Carry a resident assignment: assessments, medication administration, treatments, and responding to changes in condition.
• Direct the LPNs and CNAs on your unit, and serve as charge nurse when assigned.
• Keep the record current: MDS-related documentation, care plan updates and shift reports in the facility's system.
• Be the point of contact for residents, families and providers during your shift.
• Follow the facility's infection control, safety and sign-in practice.
