Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join Elm Wood Center's team in Claremont, NH. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities across day and evening shifts, with competitive hourly pay and benefits or a pay-in-lieu option.

As an RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care, perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient well-being and smooth discharge planning. Active RN license required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term/geriatric care preferred.
• Proficient English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and direct patient care.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for safe discharge planning.
• Mentor and supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation using PCC EHR.
