Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• English proficiency for documentation and safety.
• Health screenings per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and administer treatments.
• Develop individualized care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs within scope of practice.
• Ensure accurate real-time documentation.
• Support safe patient discharges and continuity of care.
