Job summary
Elm Wood Center is hiring Registered Nurses to join our Amazing Team in a full-time, part-time or per diem capacity. We offer shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 7am-7pm with benefits or pay in lieu of benefits.
As an RN, you will provide high-quality care under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Nurse Executive. We support professional growth, continuing education, and a collaborative environment focused on compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN/BSN).
- Active, current RN license issued by NH State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (healthcare providers).
- Experience in long-term care, post-acute care, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.
- English language proficiency for clinical documentation and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care to achieve positive outcomes.
- Develop and update individualized care plans and assessments.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, efficient care.
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
