Genesis HealthCare, Inc. in New Hampshire is seeking qualified Registered Nurses for Oceanside Center on a part-time and per diem basis. All shifts available, with a focus on compassionate care and patient outcomes.

RNs will provide high-quality nursing services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and utilize PCC EHR for documentation. Minimum requirements include ADN/BSN, active RN license in NH, BLS, and prior long-term care experience. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• RN license must be active in NH
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients and residents.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments and document in PCC.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure patient safety.
