Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for a versatile role in Ohio. The position supports full-time and part-time schedules within a leading healthcare network renowned for patient care and professional development.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, deliver evidence-based nursing, and document care in the EMR while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients: Evaluate physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs.
• Develop care plans: Create personalized plans with patients and families.
• Deliver patient care: Provide evidence-based care and education.
• Evaluate outcomes: Monitor responses and adjust as needed.
• Drive improvement: Support Performance Improvement initiatives with the Clinical Manager.
• Promote High Reliability: Apply High Reliability principles to care and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor: Educate and guide peers while managing patient care.
• Document care: Record nursing process and updates in the EMR.
• Maintain compliance: Follow policies and complete required training.
