Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for our client in Ohio. The role supports a large healthcare network with a focus on high reliability and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, creating care plans, delivering evidence-based care, and documenting in the EMR, with opportunities for professional development and mentorship within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients across physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs with the healthcare team.
• Develop care plans with patients and families.
• Deliver evidence-based patient care and educate patients and families.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care using evidence-based practices.
• Drive improvement with Clinical Manager on Performance Improvement initiatives.
• Promote High Reliability to improve patient care and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor peers while managing patient care.
• Document the nursing process, plan of care, and patient responses in the EMR.
• Maintain compliance with policies and required training.
