Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for a hospital setting in Ohio. The role requires full-time/part-time availability with a strong emphasis on patient-centered nursing, documentation, and continuous learning.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop care plans, and deliver high-quality care in alignment with hospital policies. Responsibilities include documenting care in the EMR, participating in performance improvement, and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients: Evaluate physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs with the healthcare team.
• Develop care plans: Collaborate with patients and families to create personalized plans.
• Deliver patient care: Provide evidence-based care and educate patients and families per policies.
• Evaluate outcomes: Monitor responses and adjust care using evidence-based practices.
• Drive improvement: Work with Clinical Manager on Performance Improvement initiatives.
• Promote High Reliability: Apply High Reliability principles to care and operations.
• Lead and mentor: Educate and guide peers while managing patient care.
• Document care: Record nursing process, plans, education, updates in the EMR.
